This commitment involves carrying out key actions to ensure the success of the project:
- Project initiation: Planning and coordination of agricultural tasks with the participation of the community and local families.
- Creation of a nursery: Production and availability of seedlings.
- Proper site selection: Choosing an appropriate planting site according to the species to be planted.
- Land preparation and planting.
- Maintenance and care: Ongoing care of the tree throughout its first year after planting.
- Assignment of a unique identifier for each tree.
- Recording of GPS coordinates and photographic monitoring of the tree.
- Quarterly phytosanitary control sampling to verify the tree’s health.
- Tree replacement in case of loss due to natural causes within the first year.
- Photography and video documentation, as well as verification of coordinates by our team of foresters and agronomists.
- Quarterly project updates, highlighting environmental and social benefits, will be published in the Tree Blog.
