How can I register or create an account on the site?
You don’t need to register first to make a purchase. Registration is automatically completed when you make a purchase. You can also register through the My Account page.
What types of trees can I buy on the site?
The list of available species will always be visible on the site. The available trees are listed on the Tree page. You can also find out the quantity of trees available on each tree’s page.
How do I select and add a tree to the shopping cart?
On each tree’s page, you’ll see an Add to Cart button. Then, access the cart and check that everything is correct. Then, click Checkout and you can add the necessary information to complete the purchase.
What payment methods are available?
You can currently pay by credit/debit card and Google Pay.
How do I apply a coupon or discount code?
If you have a coupon, you can apply it on the Cart page or on the Checkout page, where you will see the Apply Coupon option.
Can I modify or cancel my order before confirming it?
The order is confirmed once the purchase is completed. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within the next 48 hours by sending an email to info@grandpabetosranch.com, indicating the order number you wish to cancel.
How do I make the payment and receive confirmation of purchase?
Upon completion of the purchase, payment is made with your selected payment method. Once payment is made, you should receive an email with the order and invoice for the purchase.
How can I upload or edit a tree's information?
On the page of finishing purchase you have a form where in addition to putting the billing data, and on the tree page you can add data for the tree, if you do not add or want to change any information you must send an email to the info@grandpabetosranch.com with the information you want to add or change.
How do I check the status of my tree?
After the tree is planted, the tree’s blog page will be created with its information. Once the page is ready, you will be notified via email so you can access the tree link.
How do I manage my billing information?
On the My Account page, you can manage all your information.
What do I do if I have technical issues or errors with my purchase?

How do I recover my password or log in if I forgot it?
On the My Account page, you have a link to reset your password.

How long does it take for the post to appear after uploading it?
Growers have 15 business days to plant and send photos, videos, and coordinates. After we receive the information, it usually takes between 24 and 48 hours to have the tree blog ready.
Where can I see my purchase or sales history?
On the My Account page, you can access the Orders section, where you can see your completed purchases.
