What is the project about?
The symbolic tree planting program at Grandpa Beto’s Ranch connects farmers with people who wish to plant a tree in their name or in honor of someone special.
Each client chooses the type of tree and the farmer responsible for planting it. The tree is nurtured for a minimum of one year, with care, monitoring, and updates shared about its growth.
After the first year, the client can decide to continue supporting the tree’s care or allow the farmer to integrate it into their local plantation.
